Summary: Overall the stay was good. Upon arrival I was s little taken back by the fact that I was told that I had to pay for the room with the card I booked it with and I didn't quite understand that . I had a gift card that in wanted to use for a partial payment and because at the time of booking I was t ready to pay for the room I didn't use the gift then at that point so I was prepared to use it last night and put the remainder of the room on my other card..the guy at the front desk nmksiyed that I had to use the cars that I booked the room with so I tried to contact hotels.com.with minimal help but after to testing in the chat forum for over 30 minutes I decided to simply log in to the app on a different phone and book the same room using the gift card and paid balance on my debit card and It eVen saved me $110 so in this case although some what of a headache it ended up costing the hotel some money simply because they didn't want to split the payment for the room..

Summary: A lot of construction/remodeling going on. Was very disappointed the hot tub was not working. Im sure when everything is complete it will be much better

Summary: I wont stay here again. Half of the TV channels didnt work. The AC was broken and the room phone didnt work. Then when they moved our room after an hour wait. The TV in our new room didnt work at all. The staff were friendly but non affective.

Summary: Our room was not clean. There was dust, dirt on the floor, bugs behind the sink, the bathtub was dirty, and our sink would not drain.

Summary: Had a very reasonably priced, nice sized suite for our family of four. Could easily have slept more people if someone had a bigger family. Enjoyed the Belgian waffle maker at breakfast!
